Ken has been the leader of the entire team at Vista since 2008.  He is in charge of making sure that your overall stay meets your expectations, working through issues as they arise, and moving/activating company resources to ensure your loved one receives the highest standard of care.

Pamela Barrow

Admission and Marketing Coordinator

Pamela is the expert in all things related to your transition from the hospital or community setting to Vista.  She will work with the hospital discharge planner or your family to make your transition as seamless as possible.

Darian Ballah

Social Worker

Darian ensures that all of your social, psychosocial and physical needs are met upon admission and eventual discharge. She will aid in arranging therapy sessions, visit with you about your history and future goals, and assist with any equipment needs you may have after discharge to ensure success. 

Toyin Thanni, RN, BSN

Director of Nursing

Toyin heads up the entire clinical team at Vista.  She will work to understand your clinical history, future clinical goals, and coordinate the care you receive during your stay to meet those goals.

Sarah Maxwell

Business Office Manager

Sarah is the person who will verify all of your benefits and inform you of what financial responsibility you may have during your stay at Vista.  We don’t want there to be any surprises for you in this area, so transparency up front is key. Sarah will ensure you are fully aware of the financial implications of a stay at Vista.
